Photo #8 -- U.S. Navy Flying Boat used at Vera Cruz during the Mexican trouble.  Lt. P.N.L. Bellinger, pilot.  (Note) Bellinger commanded the "NCI" boat which sank on May 16, 1919, off the Azores Islands in an attempt to fly across the Atlantic.
